All good things, as they say, must come to an end. With only 20 units ever slated to be built, the production run of Lamborghini's hyper-futuristic Reventón was always destined to be a short one. Now, just over a year after the Reventón's launch, the 20th car has been delivered to the lucky 20th customer and production of the razor-edged supercar has ended.

The final customer, a British man who preferred to remain anonymous, pledged to regularly drive the aerospace-inspired monster and not keep it cooped up in a garage. A commendable commitment, however given the Reventón's distinctive and unmistakable styling, he most likely won't be anonymous for long.

While production of the 485kW supercar has ceased in Lamborghini's Sant'Agata plant, it doesn't mean that interested parties can no longer get their mitts on one. With things turning particularly smelly for merchant bankers, stock brokers, hedge-fund managers and the like, some of the other 19 Reventóns are reportedly finding their way into the classifieds.

So, if you've got a big wad of cash burning a hole in your pocket and you don't mind paying a significant markup over the Reventón's €1 million RRP, then you've still got a chance to get yourself into the driver's seat of the maddest raging bull of the lot.
