Following the launch back in July of the XF 3.0 litre V6 petrol - which saw the entry price of the petrol XF brought below $100,000 - Jaguar Australia has today announced availability of the XF 3.0D at $99,900 (plus on-road costs).
Powered by Jaguar's 3.0 litre twin-turbo V6 diesel, the XF 3.0D offers 202kW and 600Nm of torque, leaping to 100km/h in 6.8 seconds.
Paired with the company's Sequential Shift automatic transmission, the XF 3.0D lists fuel consumption figures of 6.8 l/100km on the combined cycle.
Offered with virtually the same specification as the petrol variant, the diesel enters with a $6000 premium over the petrol model, but adds 18-inch wheels - normally a $2450 option.
Like its petrol sibling, the XF 3.0D is fitted out with a leather interior, Bluetooth connectivity, electric front seats, satellite navigation and dual-zone climate control.
Pricing and Availability
The XF 3.0D is available now, priced at $99,900 plus on-road costs. Pricing for the rest of the Jaguar XF range remains unchanged.
