Coupe fans have been patiently waiting for the release of Hyundai's Genesis Coupe. Why? Well, for starters it's RWD, rumoured to be affordable and known to be packing 2.0-litre turbo or V6 power. Or in other words, a recipe that will put a smile on any old-school coupe fan. At one point there were even rumuors of a range-topping model that was to borrow the Genesis sedan's Tau V8.
Although the Genesis Coupe is still a few weeks shy of its launch in Korea, we can reveal a bunch of pricing and model specifications, along with two promotional videos.
Hyundai even loosened up enough to provide some performance information on the 380 GT version of the Coupe. Powered by a mildly re-tuned version of the Lambda V6 that powers the Genesis sedan, the 380 GT will belt from 0-100km/h in a respectable 6.5 seconds on its way to a top speed of 240km/h.
