The current model Superb is a four-door while the 2009 Superb will share a similar five-door liftback layout to the smaller Octavia. With no official confirmation regarding powerplants the likely candidates in European Superbs are Skoda?s VW based 1.4 TSI, 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI petrol engines and the 1.9 TDI and 2.0 TDI diesels.
