Brabus Tweak New SL Range

Mercedes-Benz's facelifted SL roadster is barely two months old, but German Tuning house Brabus is already offering their own R230 tuning package for ultra-cashed up SL owners who want a little more out of their brand-new acquisition.

How much more? That depends on which SL you've bought, but if you're lucky (and wealthy) enough to have the big-daddy SL65, then Brabus can help you extract an extra 76kW and 100Nm of torque from that 6-litre twin-turbo V12. That brings total power output to an impressive 526kW and torque to a Herculean 1320Nm. Perfect for, you know, driving to the country club.

A sports suspension kit is on offer for all models, but Brabus doesn't go into specifics on what exactly is changed from stock. Massive Brabus brake calipers and rotors can also be optioned and there's the requisite bodykit, rims and badging available too. How much? Well, you know what they say: If you have to ask, you most definitely can't afford it.
