Alfa Romeo have recently revealed the exterior of their little MiTo hatchback and the feedback has been resoundingly positive. Keeping an ace up their sleeves, Alfa did not include any interior shots in their recent official images release. Not to worry, in the spirit of all that is good about the internet the above image is doing the rounds thanks to a clandestine amateur photographer.
While the image quality may not be 100 percent we do get see just how the control deck of the little Alfa looks. Feedback that we have come across suggest that not all are impressed, some feel it is a little cheap looking ? but for a small hatchback we think it is displaying a little character.
Rather than a flat expanse of plastic, the Alfa designers have incorporated a flowing line that sweeps around the passenger side of the dash. Air vents are typically round and typically Italian and what we can see of the instrument binnacles also suggests a stylish Italian flavour, even the steering wheel looks up to the job. It may not be an elegant three spoke polished wood item but we are after all in the year 2008.
