Honda Australia has announced the arrival of the CR-V Limited Edition in local showrooms, which boasts $5500 worth of additional equipment for just $1700 more than the base Honda CR-V VTi model it’s based upon.

Available in either 2WD or AWD form and with an automatic transmission as standard, the CR-V Limited Edition features extras like 18-inch alloys, side steps, a roof spoiler, front and rear parking sensors, front foglamps, rain-sensing wipers, dusk-sensing headlamps and Honda’s LaneWatch blind spot camera system.

That’s in addition to the keyless entry, cruise control, LED daytime running lamps, seven-inch infotainment display and rear view camera that’s already standard on VTi models.

“As more newcomers join the mid-size SUV segment, the CR-V has cemented its reputation as a very compelling SUV for Honda customers,” said Honda Australia Director Stephen Collins.

“For those customers looking for something extra, the Limited Edition has the key features expected by shoppers in the market for a proven SUV.”
