With the upcoming 2010 Skoda Yeti soft-roader due for a European release this year, Skoda has put together a video of the abominable snowman plowing its way through the hills and highways of Norway, all set to a happenin' jazz soundtrack.
Powered by a range of petrol and diesel engines, the Yeti will feature a 4x4 platform - as you'd expect from a soft-roader - and will, according to Skoda, offer excellent handling characteristics with outstanding off-road ability and traction.
If the above video is anything to go by, it does alright at that.
A chat with the Aussie arm of Skoda's parent company Volkswagen revealed that the Yeti is being considered for the Australian market, but that it's too soon to confirm details or the timing of its arrival.
Now we just need Holden to bestow the mythical Aussie 'Bunyip' name on one of its cars, and the battle will be on?
