2010 Mitsubishi Lancer ACTiV Limited Edition On Sale From March

MITSUBISHI AUSTRALIA HAS today announced the limited edition 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer ACTiV, featuring a number of interior and exterior additions.

Based on the Lancer ES, the Lancer ACTiV features 16-inch alloy wheels, privacy glass, side airdams, rear spoiler, chrome exhaust tip and the ACTiV badge.

Inside, hands-free Bluetooth and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio and Bluetooth controls join the ACTiV's features list.

The Lancer ACTiV is mechanically identical to the Lancer ES, powered by the same 113kW/198Nm 2.0 litre dual overhead cam MIVEC four-cylinder engine.

Earlier this year, the 2010 Lancer ES gained side and curtain airbags as standard equipment. The upgrade sees the entire Lancer range equipped with a full seven airbag complement, including driver and passenger SRS airbags, side and curtain airbags, and driver knee airbag.

Offering the same 5-Star ANCAP crash safety rating as the rest of the Lancer range, the ACTiV's safety features include Active Stability Control with Traction Control (ASTC), ABS braking system with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA), anti-intrusion pedal system, seatbelt pretensioners, and reinforced impact safety evolution (RISE) body.
