2009 Subaru Forester more images

Even more pictures of Subaru’s 2009 Forester have surfaced on the internet. With the recent deluge of unofficial pictures there is now little left to the imagination and while the new Forester is no trail-blazer in the design stakes it is handsome in a homely and staid kind of way, although those low mounted front driving lights not only look bad but would be a nightmare for any half serious off-roader being mounted that low.

Unlike the new Impreza there is little shock value in the redesign of the Forester with Subaru settling for evolution as opposed to revolution or is that revulsion. Although it does appear that the interior designers have had an easy time of it, preferring to steal the Impreza’s interior rather than coming up with something new and uniquely Forester.
