2008 WRX STi it is not

This odd looking heavily disguised car snapped in North America with what appears to be a massive rear wing has many tongues a waggin on the internet.

While some think it is the upcoming Subaru WRX STi it is largely believed by the members of the North American Subaru Impreza Owners Club (NASIOC) to be something entirely different and we tend to agree. There is nothing much resembling the new Rex under that camo no matter how hard you look.

The most popular suggestions are that it is the next gen Matrix or some type of new CUV from Toyota. All we can say is it looks rather ridiculous…
