Holden have announced a new diesel addition to their range with the introduction of the Astra CDTi Wagon, bringing the number of diesel models in Holden?s line-up to four.
The Astra CDTi Wagon features a 1.9 litre Euro 4 compliant turbo diesel engine producing 88kW at 3500rpm and 280Nm at 2000rpm. Available with a six-speed automatic transmission only the CDTi Wagon uses fuel at the rate of 7.1 litres/100 km. An Active Select feature allows the driver to shift gears manually should they feel the need.

On sale from the 1st June 2008, the Astra CDTi Wagon is priced at $32,490 and is available in a range of colours including:
