FORD HAS TODAY announced its diesel-powered 2010 Ford Fiesta ECOnetic, Australia’s most fuel efficient car.

With an official fuel economy rating of 3.7 l/100km, the Fiesta ECOnetic has the most miserly thirst of any production car available in Australia, pipping the third-generation Toyota Prius and the MINI Cooper D by a mere 0.2 l/100km.
