2012 Ford Focus Sport
Overall, the Ford Focus Sport is excellent value. You're buying a punchy and, dare I say sexy car, with a long list of standard features.
- Excellent handling
- quality materials and fit
- punchy engine
- great list of standard features
- Overly complicated dash
- slight turbo lag in diesel guise
- lack of front parking sensors in Sport variant
There are one or two minor drawbacks to this car, though, but I stress that these are only minor issues. Firstly, the initial turbo lag of the diesel variant, while not too painful, is enough to annoy when taking off from the lights. In saying that, there is never any lack of grunt once you're rolling.
Secondly, is the lack of front parking sensors in the Sport variant, however, whether this feature alone is worth the price hike to the Titanium is still questionable.
