2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe price and specs

The sleeker coupe-styled Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe will continue to command a $10,000 premium over its regular sibling – but the new model now starts close to $120,000 drive-away.

  • 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe pricing and specifications
  • One model grade initially, GLC300, with four-cylinder petrol power
  • More standard equipment, bigger body than old model
  • Priced from $113,900 plus on-road costs

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC300 Coupe will be priced from $113,900 plus on-road costs – or more than $10,000 dearer than its predecessor – when orders open this Friday 24 November 2023.

As with its regular 'wagon' sibling, the GLC Coupe will be available in a single Mercedes-Benz GLC300 model grade until high-performance AMG 43 and 63 versions arrive next year.

At $113,900 plus on-road costs, it is about $10,000 more expensive than both the previous GLC300 Coupe ($103,470 plus on-road costs) – also previously the only version available – and the new-generation, regular-body GLC300 SUV ($103,370 plus on-road costs).

To coincide with the price rise, the new model is larger and better equipped, now featuring a head-up display, power-adjustable front seats with heating and memory, metallic paint and a panoramic sunroof as standard.

The new GLC Coupe is 31mm longer, 5mm taller and unchanged in vehicle width – though the wheel track is wider – with a 545-litre boot (up 45L) with the rear seats up, or 1490L (up 90L) with the seats folded.

Powering the GLC300 is a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine with 190kW and 400Nm, aided by a 48-volt mild-hybrid system which provides a small 17kW/200Nm boost at certain speeds, or can shut the engine off when approaching the traffic lights to save fuel.

The engine is matched with a nine-speed automatic transmission and 4Matic all-wheel drive.

Compared to the GLC300 SUV, the Coupe gains 20-inch AMG wheels, Night Package exterior trim and sport suspension, but deletes roof rails. A full list of standard equipment is at the bottom of this story.

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe is available to order from Friday 24 November.
