So it works out to $99,000 if bought in the UK but $199,000 if bought here. Does it cost that much to ship it and test on Australian roads?

I'd pay that for the seats alone. They really are some of the best in the business.
Manufacturers, please take note and offer an extendable seat cushion!!!
