There is a new Top Gear test track champion, unofficially at least, with the Caparo T1 road registerable completely insane race car breaking through the fastest time by an astonishing seven seconds to post a 1 min 10.6 second lap. The previous record is held by the Koenigsegg CCX.
The Caparo weighs less than a Formula One car, has double the power to weight ratio of the Bugatti Veyron and is able to sprint from 0-100kmh in just 2.5 seconds. Its aero body work endows the Caparo with the ability to generate up to 3g of lateral force.

Suzuki are on a roll at the moment with their enormously successful Swift and the more recently released SX4 proving very popular in Australia. A combination of excellent dynamics, build quality and competitive pricing has made Suzuki’s new models unbeatable value.
Suzuki launched the face-lifted version of their very popular Swift in Japan about a month ago and the freshened-up Swifts have now found their way to Australian Suzuki dealer forecourts in time to go on sale at the start of July.
The Swift has deservedly been a huge success for Suzuki in Australia and Europe. It has single handedly turned around Suzuki’s fortunes in Australia and proven that a well priced quality product will always sell well. Recently Suzuki even announced that the Swift will be sold into the US a market that will no doubt embrace the accomplished little car.
