Good news for VF Commodore customers, bad news for existing VE stocks with the news of dramatically reduced pricing for the VF range, in show rooms next month.

New entry-level Evoke will start at just $34,990 plus on-roads. No more Berlina badge, but a $39,990 starting price for the Calais should fill the void.

The VF will have some competition from the all-new Honda Accord which is now on sale in Australia, starting at $31,490.

The new Accord is still available with four- and six-cylinder engines, and features Honda’s new “Earth Dreams” systems. Click here to read TMR’s 2014 Accord review.
