Mazda outlined its plans for Australia in 2015 this week, with a trio of updates and two significant new models set to arrive.

The CX-3 compact SUV and next-generation MX-5 will be the new arrivals, while updates to the midsized Mazda6 and CX-5 models along with the BT-50 pickup are also on the cards.

Mazda announced a new focus on fleet sales in Australia for 2015, as the carmaker looks to further expand market share.


Mercedes-Benz rounded out its new C-Class range in Australia this week, with the arrival of the Estate wagon line and the top-shelf C 300 Bluetec Hybrid sedan.

Pricing for the Estate kicks off at $63,400, while the C 300 Bluetec Hybrid sedan starts from $74,900 plus on-road costs.

Entry and mid-range models in the new C-Class family first debuted in August, kicking off with the C 200 and C 250 in petrol and diesel form.
