Ford’s new Everest off-roader was unveiled this week, ahead of its Australian debut in 2015.
Both rear- and four-wheel-drive will be available in the new model, with Ford keen to emphasise the Everest’s credentials as a ‘proper’ off-roader.
Three four-cylinder engines (one petrol, two diesel) will be available in various markets, although Ford is yet to confirm local specifications and pricing.
Rolls-Royce raised some eyebrows with its Ghost Series II in Australia, priced $90,000 less than the outgoing model.
The updated Ghost is now priced from $519,000 plus-on roads, with an estimated drive-away price of $545,000.
Customers will have more ways to personalise their ride with the updated model including new leather and wood-grain finishes, along with additional alloy wheel options.
