MINI Superleggera Patent Images Revealed?

The MINI Superleggera Vision concept could be one step closer to a production version, with what appear to be patent images appearing online.

French website Jokeforblog has posted the images, which appear to show the Superleggera with a slightly de-styled front end over that of the concept.

The images show a more ‘conventional’ side profile with visible door handles (not present on the concept) but the trademark ‘Union Jack’ tail lamps and centrally-mounted boot lid ‘fin’ may feature on the production version.

The Superleggera Vision concept was first unveiled at the Villa d'Este Concours d'Elegance in May, and has been surrounded by rumours of a production version ever since.
