MINI Cuts The Heat Out Of Chilli Pricing

MINI Australia has taken the machete to its Chilli options package, slashing the price down to just $900 - a 75 percent cut.

Ticking the Chilli box gets you features that can include - depending on the model - upgraded alloy wheels, a Harmon Kardon hi-fi system, sports seats, climate control and cloth/leather combination upholstery.

In the case of the Cooper S, selecting the Chilli package sees the hot MINI priced at $41,600 for the six-speed manual - a saving of $3000 over the previous pricing.

The Cooper S Chilli also features Bi-Xenon headlights, making for a total saving of $5500 against the MINI parts catalogue.
