Lexus RC And RCF In Australia By Late 2014, Early 2015

Lexus Australia has confirmed its RC 350 and V8 RC F will hit Australia in late 2014 or early 2015, finally giving the Japanese luxury brand a rival to the Mercedes C-Class Coupe, Audi A5 and BMW 4 Series.

The RC 350 will be powered by the same 3.5 litre naturally-aspirated V6 as the IS 350, and deliver 234kW and 380Nm of torque to the rear wheels. 

As for the range-topping RC F, it will make use of a new naturally-aspirated 5.0 litre V8 with outputs in excess of 330kW and 520Nm - well above the 311kW/505Nm of the outgoing IS F's 5.0 V8.
