If you thought the passing of star Paul Walker in the middle of filming for the upcoming Furious 7 would spell an end to the Fast & Furious series, you’ll have to think faster.

According to cinema rag The Hollywood Reporter, Universal Studios is more than ready to continue raking in the blockbuster bucks the fan-favourite franchise has delivered for more than a decade.

“We think there’s at least three more [movies]”, Universal executive Donna Lang said.

“I think it’s still a growing franchise.”

Guess we’ll see you in 2020 for Fast & Furious 10, then, eh?
