Iveco Vision Concept Hints At The LCV Of The Future

Italian commercial vehicle brand Iveco has revealed its vision of the future for light vans: the Vision.

Unveiled at the IAA Commercial Vehicles show in Germany this week, the Vision is about as eco-friendly - and stylish - as a light van gets.

The company has yet to release full details, but it describes a ‘Dual Energy’ system that sees the Vision running most of its missions with a regular electric motor, while a thermoelectric motor can kick in for longer journeys.

The Vision’s styling features include a tall face with high-mounted lights stretching back toward the slotted A-pillars, along with a translucent roof for a little extra flair.

Large multi-spoke wheels round out the exterior treats, although we wouldn’t expect to see those on any eventual production version.
