The carmaker says the seat may not operate properly while driving, possibly causing a distraction for the driver and preventing them from adjusting the seat to the preferred position.

Offending Grandeurs were sold in Australia between March and August of 2007. A total of 50 vehicles are involved in the recall for Australia, and Hyundai reports no incidents locally from this issue.

Nissan has recalled its Pathfinder SUV in Australia, due to a potential problem with the fuel tank.

The Japanese carmaker has identified a weakness with the fuel tank, which may not have been manufactured to the thickness specified.
