Honda has confirmed it will unveil two new concepts at this month's Beijing Auto Show, releasing a pair of shadowy teaser images today to whet the appetite.

Details are thin on the ground, but the images offer a few hints for eagle-eyed obsessives.

The first image (shown above) looks likely to be the sedan version of the next-generation Accord, which was previewed in coupe form at January's Detroit Auto Show.

The teaser reveals the same flared rear guard and stretched headlights, but the longer roofline and C-pillar point to a four-door design.

Set for a production debut in North America later this year, the new Accord Coupe will be offered with three petrol engines, including Honda's new range-topping 231kW 3.5 litre V6.

Honda has so far kept the left-hook-only Accord Coupe from Australian roads, and it remains unclear if this latest generation will get a local debut.

The second image looks to preview an as-yet unseen new model, although a replacement for the small people-moving Stream minivan could be on the cards. The Stream, which is based on the Civic sedan, is not offered in Australia.

Watch for more details on the new concepts in the coming weeks.
