First Ford Falcon XR8 Sprint Aids Diabetes Research

Sydney businessman David Pearce topped the bidding to score the first Ford falcon XR8 Sprint for $92,500.

The auction was to raise funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF), while the car itself is build number one of Ford's final XR8 falcon, the limited edition Sprint, of which the entire 850-unit allotment has already sold out.
