Daihatsu's on a roll. On the heels of last week's transforming D-X concept comes the Pico, a tiny two-seater city-car concept.
Predictably, the Pico is powered by an all-electric arrangement, offering a driving range of around 50 kilometres and a two-hour recharge time. Top speed is 50km/h, so you'll want to stay off the freeways.
Measuring 2400mm long and weighing in at just 400kg, the Pico concept is more of a four-wheeled tandem bike, thanks to the passenger seat being positioned directly behind the driver.
There isn't a lot about the Pico that is revolutionary, although the LED panels are a unique touch, displaying information and warnings for nearby pedestrians.
