A new exhibition has just opened at Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum, with 25 classic, rare and interesting cars on display.

The collection forms the first part of the museum’s ‘Recollect’ series, with the curators dusting off its collection of cars and displaying them together for the first time.

Called ‘Auto Obsession’, the exhibition includes the 1965 Rolls-Royce Phantom V, used by the NSW Governor Sir Roden Cutler as his official car between 1966 and 1981.

A 1913 Sheffield Simplex believed to be one of just three remaining examples is also on display, along with a 1959 Goggomobil Dart.
