Aston Martin describes it as its most important car since the DB9 of 2003, and now the all-new DB11 has arrived in Australia.
Well, we say ‘arrived’, but just a single example of the stylish new coupe has set rubber on home soil, and it will never turn a wheel on a local public road.
Fans won’t have long to wait before they start to see DB11s on Australian roads for real, however, with first deliveries set to begin in the fourth quarter this year.
And the price for Aston’s most-significant model in well over a decade? From $428,032 plus on-road costs - which sees it enter the market well above the $368,500 DB9 coupe that it will eventually replace.
