Mercedes-Benz has given its S-Class Coupe and Cabriolet for 2018 an official unveiling ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show.

The 2018 models bring new engine options and a number of subtle styling changes, along with upgraded equipment levels. An arrival in Australian showrooms is expected next year.

Included in styling makeover of the new Mercedes-Benz models are lightly altered bumpers with added chrome highlights, revised headlamps with optional Multibeam LED projectors as well as revised sills and chrome plated tail pipes that mimic the look of those used by the earlier S65 Coupe and Cabriolet.

The performance orientated AMG models also receive the latest Panamericana grille treatment with vertical louvers replacing the former blade design as well as a front bumper with larger air ducts for more efficient cooling of the engine bay and front brakes.
