Lexus will launch an F Sport version of its IS 250C convertible in Australia next month, the Japanese luxury marque has confirmed.
The debut of the new IS 250C flagship marks the 11th F Sport launch, and the first convertible offering to carry the F badge.
Arriving nearly four years on from the Australian debut of the regular IS 250C, the F Sport variant will be priced from $82,300.
In hardtop form, the IS 250 F Sport is priced at $66,300, while the regular IS 250C convertible tops out at $81,300 for the Sports variant - suggesting the new F-badged car will replace the current Sports model.
As with its sedan stablemate, the IS 250C F Sport benefits from a number of styling and handling tweaks, including a unique suspension setup.
Changes to the suspension package include unique bushings and rear stabiliser bar, revised damping settings and enhanced spring rates.
The familiar F Sport styling pack is featured here, including 10-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels, a mesh grille and lower lip spoiler, and F Sport fog lights.
In the cabin, the IS 250C gets black leather accented seats with contrasting perforations and stitching, F Sport steering wheel and gear lever, scuff plates and a black roof lining.
