2013 Hyundai Veloster SR Turbo Pricing Announced For Australia

Hyundai has confirmed Australian pricing for the new Veloster SR Turbo - the local name for the Veloster Turbo revealed in January - ahead of this week's debut.
Announced on the company's Australian Facebook page, the Veloster SR Turbo will kick off at $31,990 (plus on-roads).
Matched with a six-speed manual transmission, the Veloster SR Turbo will carry a $4000 premium over the 103kW manual-equipped Veloster+ 1.6 GDI.
In six-speed automatic form, the Veloster SR Turbo is priced at $33,990.
Mechanical Package
The Veloster SR Turbo is powered by Hyundai's new 1.6 litre direct-injected and twin-scroll turbocharged petrol engine, delivering 150kW and 265Nm of torque.
There is a six-speed manual transmission, along with a six-speed auto with paddle shifters - althoug the latter is a a hydraulic unit, not the DCT in the non-turbo model.
The turbocharged Veloster also gets 300mm ventilated front disc brakes - 20mm up from the regular model - and a recalibrated suspension package.
There's also a unique motor-driven power steering calibration and a quicker rack, whipping 2.78 turns lock to lock.
