Triumph Australia has announced a trio of price cuts to the Speed Triple and Tiger ranges, slashing as much as $1400 from the previous list prices.

In the Speed Triple range, savings start with the regular Triple and the ABS model, with $1150 cut from the price tags of both bikes.

The range-topping Speed Triple R ABS is now $1300 less, meaning that buyers can get onto one of Triumph's iconic 1050cc Triples for between $15,990 and $20,990 (plus on-roads).

The 'R' model gets the finest tricks, including Ohlins forks developed together with Triumph, along with Brembo brakes and PVR wheels wrapped in Pirelli Supercorsa SP rubber.

Triumph has also taken the red pencil to the 800cc Tiger, cutting between $800 and $1400 from the range.

The price of the Tiger 800 falls by $900, down to $13,490. The ABS version has had $1400 cut from its sticker, making for a new price of $13,990.

The Tiger 800 XC drops to $15,490 - an $800 reduction - and the ABS version is down $1300 to $15,990.

Both versions of the Tiger feature a 70kW 799cc three-cylinder engine, adjustable seat height and handlebar position, switchable ABS option, coded key immobiliser, and a 645w generator for multiple electrical accessories.
