First off the ship for Husqvarna's 2009 enduro range is the WR 250 two-stroke with a host of improvements to the chassis and suspension, a new lighter front headlamp and new digital display (among other upgrades).

The WR 250 sits at the entry to the Husqvarna Enduro range, with the new WR 300 and TE 310 to come later this year.

Husqvarna has fed its years of development and successful campaigning in the Enduro World Championship into the new WR 250 - giving dirt-squirters a competitive machine straight 'out of the box'.

The WR 250's black anodized wheels feature wave type brake discs. The suspension has been completely recalibrated with new 50 mm Marzocchi forks and all-new rear Sachs shock absorber. The engine features a new 38mm Mikuni TMX carburetor as well as the new "V Force 3" reed valve system and a newly designed inlet manifold.

New graphics, side racing number panels and colour coding complete the package.

In showrooms now through the Australian Husqvarna dealer network, the WR 250 is priced at $10,695.00 (plus ORC) and comes with a factory-endorsed 24 month parts and labor warranty.
