The Insider has only recently returned from the Brisbane press launch of Isuzu’s D-MAX and is of the opinion that there is plenty that’s good about the D-MAX.
The D-MAX range will include 4×2 and 4×4 variants in ute and cab-chassis configurations, all powered by Isuzu’s respected 3.0-litre common-rail turbo-diesel, with up to 360Nm of torque and class-leading fuel economy.
The D-MAX is the latest version of the Isuzu-designed one-tonne ute range that has been sold in Australia as the Holden Rodeo for the last 28 years.
Stay tuned for more on the D-MAX, as TMR is expecting to be able to comprehensively review the new ute in the coming months.
Also on hand at the Sydney Motor Show, was the rally version of the D-MAX.
