The acid induced renderings of the latest Mazda concept now have a name and shape. The name is Kazamai and it comes from the Japanese word meaning “swirling crosswinds,” which have evidently inspired the form of this compact crossover. It will debut at the Moscow International Automobile Salon in August.
It is at this point in the post that I am obligated to tell you that the Kazamai is part of an ongoing series of concepts by Mazda employing the Nagare design language and that nagare is Japanese for “flow”. Got that, boys and girls? Nagare means flow and Kazamai means limited edition Nike basketball sh– I mean, swirling crosswinds. More photos after the jump.
Even flow, thoughts arrive like butterflies.
Is that a banana in your grille or are you just happy to see me?
