Video: GT-R vs ZR-1 Nurburgring Lap Record Runs

Further to our article on the ZR-1’s Nurburgring lap, the guys from Garage419 have produced a video of the ‘record-beating’ lap times, that combines them into a single presentation.

They’ve synchronised the starting point so that you can compare the two cars side by side, and see how each car performs across the same sections of the circuit. For those of you who haven’t seen either video, its also a quicker way to catch up on both. Click through for the vid.

wowzer! the vett is just so much faster in the straights he pulls that gap, insane! i did not expect that!

Gotta love that chevy sound pity they couldn,t have the sound of the GTR on there as well. Both very impressive!

So looks like Nissan somehow managed to make 3 seconds disappear from their clock???

It started 3 seconds ahead of the Garage 419 clock and finished showing almost the same time!!??

Great video! The ZR1 sounds very mean - as you’d expect it to.
