Nissan 370Z Withdrawals? Make Your Own!

The lads at Japanese car magazine BestCar have apparently grown tired of sitting around waiting for the 370Z to land, so they just went ahead and made their own from a Z33 350Z (Fairlady Z in Japan).  Sure, the 370Z is expected to have certain intrinsic structural differences that can't easily be emulated with the current model Z, but my hat is off nonetheless—they've pulled a rabbit out of their samurai helmets.

With custom bodykit elements produced by Madhouse, and a pair of digitally printed stick-on 370Z headlights—two of the major updates to the Z car—this 350Z's transformation, at least in photos, looks almost flawless.

Assuming no doctoring has happened in the photo above, that's an amazing effort!

If BestCar are to be believe, the Z34's project chief Shinjiro Yukawa has been dropping hints that a special edition V8 version may be on the cards.  Holy handbag, fatman.

I'm digging the front bumper, but personally, I'd get rid of the "teeth and put something a little more subtle. I'd definitely get rid of the GTRish canards.

LOVE the headlight, with they had done more with the back end though. I'd have one ^_^
