Renault Australia has this week joined the list of carmakers doing deals on servicing costs, following the likes of Toyota, Mitsubishi and most recently, Nissan.
Available until March, buyers of the Renault Koleos will receive free scheduled servicing for three years. For petrol models, this adds up to four services with 10,000km service intervals, to a maximum of 40,000km or three years - whichever comes first.
Diesel models get three scheduled services with 15,000km service intervals, with a maximum of 45,000km or three years.
“The Compact SUV market is very busy and there are so many offers and specifications from which to choose, but we are confident that by removing scheduled servicing costs for 3 years will strike a chord with many buyers," Renault Australia Managing Director Justin Hocevar said.
“The benefits are not only budgetary, because by having the vehicle serviced by an Authorised Renault dealer will ensure that only genuine and approved Renault parts will be fitted, ensuring the on-going reliability and durability of the vehicle."
The free servicing deal joins the Koleos' standard three-year factory warranty and three-year Roadside Assistance package.
The Koleos range starts at $29,990 driveaway for the manual transmission 4x2 Expression, featuring ABS brakes with Emergency Brake Assist and Emergency Stability Program, six airbags, cruise control with speed limiter, Bluetooth, 17-inch alloy wheels, full-size alloy spare wheel, fog lights and a chilled glove compartment.
Available in Expression, Dynamique and the top-shelf Privilege trim levels, the Koleos range is powered by a 2.5 litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 126kW and 226Nm of torque, or a 2.0 litre diesel producing 110kW and 320Nm of torque.
