Earlier this year BMW revealed their Hommage concept, an M1 influenced supercar concept, a supposed one-off that was built to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the M1 - BMW’s ‘nearly but not quite’ attempt at building a supercar.

Well buckle up because it looks like we could be in for another blue roundel roller coaster ride, with BMW releasing some very mysterious video footage of a car they will be unveiling at their very own Munich based museum on June 10. The GINA Light Visionary and no, we don't understand the name either.

Looking very ‘supercar-like’ could this be another version of the Hommage, perhaps one closer to production readiness or is it another concept prepared to set tongues wagging and wet our appetite for the possibility of a first ever BMW production supercar?

We don’t know…but the alloy wheels look far more production ready than the rolling stock under the Hommage.

Stay tuned – June 10 should see all revealed.
