VISITORS TO TMR in the past couple of weeks would have seen us beating the drum for the 2010 TMR Reader Survey, our first ever.

In the survey, we asked you to tell us a little about yourself as a reader and as a consumer, with the ultimate aim of helping TMR shape its future content and to provide a better service to the Australian car buyer.

As part of the survey, TMR offered participants the chance to win a Garmin nuvi 1490T GPS unit, valued at $350.

As promised, a winner has been selected at random, and while we continue to sort through the survey responses, it's only fair that we put minds at rest and announce the lucky reader.

Congratulations to Angie Yuen, the winner of TMR's first-ever reader survey. We will be in touch today, Angie.

To the many participants of the 2010 TMR Reader Survey, thank you all for offering your time and thoughts - your feedback has proven to be overwhelmingly positive and constructive.

On with the news!
