Get the best price on a new Volkswagen Jetta
THANKS TO THE unveiling of the Volkswagen New Compact Coupe concept at this week's Detroit Auto Show, we now have a better than ever idea of just how the upcoming 2011 Jetta will look.
Its coming confirmed last month, our new renderings of the next generation Jetta build on the concept coupe's styling to create the best look yet at what we might see later this year.
The new Jetta sedan was originally expected to make its debut at Detroit this week, but Volkswagen surprised with the NCC instead - leaving March's Geneva Motor Show as the Jetta's next likely unveiling.
With its general dimensions and styling matching what we've seen in spy photos, it seems clear that the Coupe concept previews the upcoming Jetta.
Snapped undergoing hot weather testing in the US recently, the heavily-camouflaged new Jetta, while giving away little at the front and rear ends, reveals the same sharpened styling of its Golf stablemate along its flanks.
With the unveiling of the concept-only Coupe, we now have a reasonable idea of what to expect for the front and rear styling.
While no images have been captured of the test car's interior, the production-ready cabin of the New Compact Coupe offers a strong indication of the Jetta sedan's likely interior styling.
