As the resident trashy film buff with a taste for terrible cinema—as you would have discovered when I last posted about the next sequel in the franchise—it falls to me to bring you all the news you secretly want to know but couldn’t ever possibly search for yourself, lest your friends discover it in your browser history.
The latest news on the upcoming Fast and Furious Decision On The Next Movie Title is that Tyrese Gibson—who starred as Roman Pierce in the brilliantly titled 2 Fast 2 Furious 2 Spell Words In Full—will drop in for a brief cameo to say g’day to the crew; not unlike Vin Diesel’s character appearing briefly at the end of The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Cash Cow.
Now, you’re probably asking why I’ve posted a shot of Eva Mendes from 2 Fast 2 Furious, rather than Tyrese Gibson.

Any word on what cars will be in it? I heard the R35 will be the main car…
Locke: Japanese tuning house “Mine’s” sent their R35 to the US for filming, but I’m not sure how big a part the car has in the movie. If they’re smart, they’d make it a big part!
The new WRX STI is in it as well, if I recall… No doubt we’ll see an Evo X, and obviously all the latest American muscle too.
