WITH A CHANCE to take part in the 911 Evolution driving course up for grabs, Porsche is challenging fans to pick the exact 911 model by the sound of its engine.

With five sound bites and a choice of three historically significant 911s for each one, the task is far more difficult than it might seem.

Each engine sound in the challenge belongs to a specific category, including Carrera, Classic, Race Derived, Turbo and Motorsport.

Don’t be fooled by the tick in the bottom corner of your selection either. You might think you’ve nailed each question, but that tick merely indicates that, yes, you’ve selected that box (not that anyone at TMR was caught out by it…)

You’ll need to submit your answers and hope for the best. But, win or lose, the sounds are almost a prize in themselves.
