JEEP HAS TODAY announced availability of the Off-Road Group pack for both its petrol and diesel Sports models in the 2009 Jeep Wrangler line-up.
Joining the Off-Road Group pack, the optional Uconnect Multimedia system now features a 30gb hard drive.
The Off-Road Group pack, which features an electronically controlled rear axle differential lock, 3.73 axle ratio (manual and automatic) and an electronic front sway-bar disconnect, is priced at $1500.
Available as an option for both the two-door and four-door petrol and diesel Sports models, the Off-Road Group pack is priced at $1500.
The 2009 Jeep Wrangler’s Uconnect Multimedia system - which controls audio and GPS navigation - gets an update, its hard-drive capacity jumping from 20gb to 30gb.
Priced at $2650, the Uconnect Multimedia system features a 6.5-inch touch-screen display, voice control, USB connectivity and an auxiliary input. iPod compatibility is available as an option.
The 2009 Jeep Wrangler petrol range starts at $31,590 for the Sport 3.8 litre V6 six-speed manual, up to $46,990 for the Unlimited Rubicon 3.8 litre V6 four-speed automatic.
The diesel range starts at $35,590 for the Sport 2.8 litre inline-four six-speed manual, up to $41,990 for the Unlimited Sport 2.8 litre inline-four five-speed automatic.
