MITSUBISHI HAS ANNOUNCED a number of updates to the Japanese-market 2010 Mitsubishi Evolution X. The word from Mitsubishi Australia is that some of these tweaks may make the leap to the Australian model.
Slightly thicker side skirts run along the bottom of the doors, and lighter plastics feature up front, weighing 1.5kg less than the items they replace.

Inside, a new full-colour multi-function LCD display in the centre of the instrument cluster replaces the existing screen, bringing more functions at the same time.
Minor trim updates and improved insulation round out the interior updates.
Speaking with TMR today, Mitsubishi Motors Australia’s Lenore Fletcher said that while some of the Japanese market updates could appear on Australian-delivered models late this year or early next, it’s too soon to pin down specifics.

How about dropping the ridiculous price of an EVO X, that would be a great feature!
