Thinking about doing some wrangling in your Wrangler? Well, maybe you'd best just stick to the streets and leave the wrangling to capable 4x4s.

Read on, to see how close one phenomenally unlucky weekend warrior came to discovering an alternative way to drive stick.

I'm reminded of the brilliant Ron Howard film starring Michael Keaton, Gung Ho (known as Working Class Man in some markets). Good to see things have changed since the 80s!

And to think, the poor road holding manners of a Jeep would most likely mean "edge of your seat" driving, good thing this happened off road, hopefully the driver was sitting waaaaay back, otherwise a vital part of his (making broad assumptions that it was a guy driving of course) anatomy could have found itself impaled on the end of that branch.

My old VN commodore used to offer better underbody protection for God's sake!

Capable 4X4? They don't come much more adept than the Jeep.

That said, are we sure the log incident is as we see it? The tree actually pierced the floor? I don't believe it. Nope... Don't wanna. Not gonna.
