BMW M3 V8 internal combustion video

We would like to say that no engines were hurt during the filming of the following commercial, but that would be a lie. In fact, BMW sacrificed three of its 4.0-litre V8’s so that we could enjoy this brief 30 second commercial. Was it worth it? Hell yeah!

This is real footage of what takes place inside the current M3’s V8 engine. Holes were drilled and special cameras and lenses used to catch the action.

Im in BMW heaven on this site 280zx…….that was some great footage………especially like the blown E46M3 footage,still snatches in second.I can relate to the fun hes having though. Thanks for the pointer over here from CA…….no dogs allowed zone?
